Taste and see that the Lord is good;
blessed is the one who takes refuge in the Lord.
I see God in the fall leaves that change colors to beautiful reds and oranges.
I feel God in the crisp fall morning air, when I have to pull my jacket a little tighter around me.
I taste God in a pumpkin spice latte, enjoyed on the porch of a busy coffee shop – the air swirling leaves and acorns around my feet; the flavors singing and dancing in my mouth.
I smell God in the pines and the pumpkins, in cinnamon brooms and leaf-laden breezes.
I hear God in the quiet of the bookstore and the library – the commentaries and books beg to be explored.
I love God with sight, smell, taste, touch and sound – and it is good.
