Well, it has been a crazy summer – I can’t believe it’s almost July! During the month of June, I was blessed with the opportunity to go on 2 mission trips, as a translator; first to Guatemala and then to Mexico. I actually just got back from Mexico on Saturday 🙂
I also turned 29 there. My birthday was the best because I got to have breakfast at my favorite coffee shop, Cafe Kaffa, in Ensenada (black coffee and chocolate bread), and dinner with the group at Anthony’s seafood restaurant in San Diego. I had a delicious trout filet, with a plain baked potato (I smothered it with Ketchup, the best way to eat a baked potato). The tartar sauce was amazing, and they had these yummy rolls with sun-dried tomato and garlic butter. YUM.
